Service terms
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Wedastra's website, mobile applications, wedding-planning workspace, and related services.
Last updated: July 16, 2026
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Wedastra, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create and administer a wedding workspace.
2. Accounts and wedding workspaces
- Provide accurate information and keep account credentials and verification codes private.
- Use invitations and role permissions only for people authorized to access the wedding.
- Wedding organizers are responsible for managing members, roles, and the lawfulness of guest information they enter.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account or invitation has been misused.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Wedastra a limited permission to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to provide the content and invite the people whose information you manage.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Wedastra to break the law, impersonate another person, harass or defraud someone, send unsolicited bulk messages, publish harmful code, probe security controls, scrape private data, or interfere with other users. Do not upload highly sensitive credentials, payment-card data, or government identifiers unless a feature expressly requests them.
5. AI-assisted features
Planning suggestions and generated drafts may be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on, sending, purchasing, scheduling, or publishing anything. Wedastra does not provide legal, financial, medical, religious, or professional advice.
6. Third-party services and social platforms
Some features depend on app stores, hosting, messaging, social networks, or other providers. Their terms also apply to your use of those services. A social post is not public until an authorized operator approves and publishes it; content already published on a third-party platform must also be managed on that platform.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Wedastra available and reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued for security, legal, provider, or product reasons. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Wedastra and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to appeal.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, Wedastra is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not responsible for decisions, purchases, vendor performance, travel, events, or messages arranged using the service. Wedastra will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss. Mandatory consumer protections and rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms and will post the current version and date here. Continued use after a material update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory rights available where you live.
